Marking Cabana’s first foray into fragrance with the best in perfumery, L’Artisan Parfumeur, the two like minded brands have created a beautiful Limited-Edition L'Ambre Candle. The timeless house classic has been reimagined in a new design with a stylish floral motif, the signature print of Cabana’s best selling Anniversary Collection.
A constant stream of guests filled the house, spilling onto the terrace in the sunshine. Philip Joseph, Emily Weiss & three Bonaccorsis sipped espressos from Cabana cups as young illustrator Elena Ciuprima painted the scene on her sketch pad, presenting Martina with her work as a gift.

The signature candle was the choice of scent in Martina Mondadori’s childhood home. L’Eau d’Ambre is one of the earliest L’Artisan Parfumeur combinations created by master perfumer and founder Jean Laporte. Oriental in accent, it’s a heady and sophisticated medley of Benzoin, labdanum, patchouli and tonka.
The evocative scent filled Casa Cabana during a breakfast party to celebrate the partnership, as an impressive spread, including the fabled Sacher chocolate torte, the Principessa cake and other treats like avocado and fresh basil on crostini, cream filled croissants and large fruit tarts from Sant Ambroeus were served on our Cabana Toscana tablecloth.
